EQR Policy

A house with at most three bedrooms and at most three bathrooms is 1.0 EQR.  Each bedroom beyond three adds 0.1 EQR. Each bathroom beyond three adds 0.1 EQR. All houses are currently limited to at most 1.4 EQRs. The EQR count is subject to verification at any time by the Water District.
